As you can see, you will want to always be aware of where the two of you are in relation to her initial aggro location. If the two of you end up too far away, she'll just nope off.

Ice Nova is nicer here over Frost Bat. Gives you a little bit more leeway with aiming, and you can get her from behind cover with it. The range is shorter but you'll want to stay pretty close to her anyway as it minimizes her specials.

Obviously, save your Veil for the orbital blast from her taking chances. Unlike her taken chances, her multi-blast when you're thinking on your feet is a mortar instead of an orbital bombardment. This means you can actually get a little breather if you find something tall - and solid - enough to block the arc of the blasts. If you can't do that, just kind of shuffle step in random directions and do your best.
