Waiting on God? Psalm 13 Helps 🤍

Описание к видео Waiting on God? Psalm 13 Helps 🤍

Psalm 13 is the Psalm you read when you feel like you have been forgotten by God and don’t know where else to turn. But when you hit verses 5&6, hopefully, like David, it leaves you feeling encouraged and swept away by His goodness rather than stuck in the heaviness of waiting. 🤍

These short, but sweet, six verses remind us that we are not alone as we wait for the the hand of the Lord. David felt it too, and King Jesus meets us right there and walks the path with us.

I know verses five and six will help you as much as they have helped me. 🤍

All my love,
Meg

Psalm 13, NIV

For the director of music. A psalm of David.

1 How long, Lord? Will you forget me forever?
How long will you hide your face from me?
2 How long must I wrestle with my thoughts
and day after day have sorrow in my heart?
How long will my enemy triumph over me?
3 Look on me and answer, Lord my God.
Give light to my eyes, or I will sleep in death,
4 and my enemy will say, “I have overcome him,”
and my foes will rejoice when I fall.
5 But I trust in your unfailing love;
my heart rejoices in your salvation.
6 I will sing the Lord’s praise,
for he has been good to me.
