As Mother Earth expands into a new level of light, she needs our presence, our compassion, and our conscious care more than ever. Each act of kindness, each moment of grounded stillness, each offering of love to the land, the waters, the animals, and one another becomes part of the energetic support she receives. By aligning our hearts with her transformation, helping her purify and come into balance, we help stabilize the grid of awakening and ensure that all living beings—seen and unseen—are held, healed, and uplifted through this shift. When we honor her, we honor ourselves, because her ascension is ultimately our own.

This is a reiki energy transmission from Reiki Master Jonas Kristensen.
