Floor 14 requires an absolutely insane amount of pumps! The minimum would be 23 to drain at its slowest rate. Since we didn't, have the pumps nor the fuel to keep it running I decided to work on a biobrick diesel refinery to increase the amount of fuel we got.
This design is modular so we can expand upon it when we need to.
