for tempering -

cumin seeds/jeera - 1 tsp
cinnamon - 1 peice
bay leaf - 2




for masala powder -

whole coriander seeds - 2 tsp
cloves - 4
cinnamon - 1 peice
cardamom - 3
star anise - 1
fennel seeds/saunf - 1 tsp
cumin seeds - 1 tsp
pepper - 1 tsp
jathipathri[flower]/javithri - small peice

for paste -
green chilli - 1
ginger - 1 inch
garlic - -6
cashew nut - 10

kasoori methi - 2 tsp

coriander leaves
salt
oil
hot water
