Hospital Vlog 3 | ED Recovery | Day 4

Today was particularly difficult but I managed to have 'better' moments throughout the day thanks to the support of nurses and my mum.

It's always odd to look back on myself and my behaviour but I didn't want to cut out these moments of mild distress because it is part of the process. However, I did cut out the very intense panic attacks and what I'll call 'episodes.'

I'm able to compartmentalise and know that it is my Eating Disorder/ Mental Illness that makes me act in a certain way sometimes. It's not me.
