What you apply to your skin matters, BUT if you aren't building a foundation for good health.... skincare will only act as a band aid. Make sure you're consuming adequate protein from animal sources like raw milk, cheese, beef, eggs, yogurt, seafood, etc daily!

The main things I suggest for healthy glowing skin:
Lower PUFAS in your diet and on your skin
Eat saturated fat
Eat LOTS of animal protein
Take collagen and gelatin
Eat regularly (every 3-4 hours)
Reduce stress
Get outside!
Sleep and rest as much as you can
