FOOTAGE The Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Oleksiy Reznikov, tested the Oplot tanks and apparently believes they are necessary to develop the Ukrainian military-industrial complex.

The minister also acknowledged employees of enterprises of Ukroboronprom for their help with Ukraine's defense.
