Francis played golf, hockey and baseball growing up but got into shooting with his dad. He got into PRS while looking for something that made him happy and wanted to shoot more. He won his 4th match ever shooting a regional series. To be a better shooter, he focuses a lot on small details outside of actually shooting, such as body position, and mentality.
