Pagibig Mo't Pagibig Ko (from Harana Field Recordings with Florante Aguilar)

In this video, haranistas reminisce with the woman they used to serenade back in the day (Felicita Ramos Pulido) in Maragondon, Cavite. Contrary to popular notion, women had a role in singing during a harana. If the haranistas were invited inside the house, they will sing a Pagtatapat (Proposal) song declaring admiration of the woman’s virtues. The woman in turn would sing a song that gives hint to her real feelings.

E.g. if she sings "Kay sarap parang mabuhay, lalo na’t kung may lambingan", it's a good sign. But if she sings "Ang tangi kong pagibig ay minsan lamang", not such a good sign, at least not at that moment.
