How To: MUSKY Fishing With Suckers

Tom Boley and Pete Rich tackle a tough day of fall musky fishing on the Chippewa Flowage. Covering a lot of water by trolling is a great way to find bait fish and likely locations where muskies may be. If they don't eat a trolled lure a large sucker minnow can be what it takes on a tough day. Always have a plan when you get on the water. Look at your lunar bite windows, find bait and fish smart. These are the things that make the difference between getting bit and going home empty handed.
