Ingredients:
2-3 LBS. BONELESS
SKINLESS CHICKEN
THIGHS
2 TBSP CORN STARCH
1 GREEN PEPPER, CUT
INTO 1-INCH STRIPS
1 LARGE ONION, CUT INTO
1-INCH STRIPS
1 1/2 CUP SALSA
1 CUP BLACK BEANS
2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1 TSP GROUND CUMIN
2 TSP SALT
1 TSP BLACK PEPPER
 
Prep and Cooking Directions:
STEP 1: ADD EVERYTHING INTO YOUR LABELED FREEZER BAG AND FREEZE.
STEP 2: THAW OVERNIGHT IN FRIDGE.
STEP 3: DUMP CONTENTS OF FREEZER
BAG INTO SLOW COOKER.STEP
STEP 4: COOK ON LOW FOR 4-6
HOURS.
STEP 5: REMOVE CHICKEN AND SHRED,
STIR BACK INTO SLOW COOKER.
STEP 6: SERVE OVER RICE OR IN
TORTILLAS. OPTIONAL: TOP WITH
FAVORITE TACO TOPPING
