Treadmill Running GAME Changer! | Virtual Running With Zwift

Here at the Running Channel we’re all about making running fun - and we know that for many of you, running on the treadmill isn’t fun. That’s where Zwift comes in! It combines treadmill running with a virtual world, like a video game, to help take your training up a gear.

Zwift’s a Massively Multiplayer Online Application (MMOA) where you can track what you’re doing indoors in the real world to what your avatar does in the Zwift world.

Anna and Andy are taking you through how to get set up on Zwift and the kinds of training you can do on it.
