OKAY. Here is the storyline.
Eragon comes across Lucy strolling through the woods and he instantly fell for her beauty. He finally gets to meet her when her older brother, King Peter, called on the dragon rider for help protecting Narnia. She instantly recognizes him. Eragon wants to get to know her but Lucy tells him that she can't, because she has responsibilities to the kingdom. But after awhile they become close. Lucy want to get to know him more but Eragon left on a mission, him jumping into the water in front of her, leaving her behind. But they still think of each other while looking at the same sunset. They finally see each other again when he comes back, but he comes back changed. He knows that if he gets involved with anyone that person would be in danger, so he tries his best to push her away. But Lucy tells him that she can take care of herself and that her life wouldn't be worth living without a little bit of danger, and him of course ;) So Eragon opens his heart slowly and they grow closer. Everything was going fine until Eragon learned that Lucy was taken and he instantly knew it was because of him. He goes to save her, thankfully getting there just in time. After finishing off the war, Eragon sends Lucy off by herself, not wanting to put her into anymore danger. But his efforts didn't do any good, because as soon as he was away from her side, she was captured again and Eragon had to save her, realizing that being away from her is the worst thing he could do. He decides to stay by her side from now on. She still had nightmares about what she went through, but Eragon is always at her side, making her feel safe.
