It's Part 3 of the new event in the Genshin Impact Version 5.2 update called "Iktomi Spiritseeking Scrolls" which features a lot from the Masters of the Night-Wind Tribe. The event is split into three game modes: Search for Lost Spirits, Evil Banisher, and Restoring Fragmented Records.

Search for Lost Spirits is a coop mode where players team up to catch Roaming Spirits that seem to avoid people. Players can use speed and stamina buffs to their advantage.
Evil Banisher is a combat-type mode where players must complete specific objectives to receive powerful buffs that can prove useful in battles.
Restoring Fragmented Records is a puzzle-type mode where players must assemble shattered fragments with Citlali's help. The puzzle solution can be achieved in many ways.

This speedrun/walkthrough guide will show the correct puzzle solution for Restoring Fragmented Records and the right strategy for Evil Banisher to complete all objectives and obtain all available rewards including primogems and other in-game resources. In the third part of the event, the Puzzles are Tupac and Burkina and the Battle stage is Fury of the Mountains.
