The home has approximately 850 m2 on a plot of almost 2,000 m2 in the heart of the town where we can find a beautiful garden with a pool and an orchard in a pure Mediterranean style immersing ourselves in a full of well- being and harmony scenario.

In a unique and special place such as Santanyí, we have carried out a careful interior design project in which we have preserved the essence of the area and the characteristic Mallorcan style while preserving elements of the original house.

Natural materials such as Santanyí stone, masonry stone or natural wood are some of the components that make us appreciate the imperfect beauty, preserving the soul, tradition and history of Its own essence.

This special place has a characteristic Mallorcan courtyard at its entrance that connects to the rest of the house through huge windows which flood all spaces with light.

We enter the garden through some spectacular arches that frame the house and that are surrounded by colored bougainvilleas to give the house the light, color and life that characterize this area.

In addition, Sa Buganvil·lea is located in a wonderful enclave such as Santanyí, just a few steps from the commercial area where we can find the local market, the town square, and a wide range of bars and restaurants.

Arturo+Lauren are photographers and cinematographers focusing their shared expertise on architecture, interior design, and hospitality. Together, they have more than 25 years of experience capturing various brand’s visual language and elevating their stories with compelling imagery.
