Marielle Kraft gives her take on the art of songwriting. Chris Arencibia is the owner and founder of Skylyne Records. As a freshman at Drexel University, Chris began his career working with local bands, before ultimately creating his very own record label. Seeing a rise in small, do it yourself talent, Chris created his label to work with these up and coming artists, on a budget that would work for them. Seeing a lack of help for artists just starting out, he has been working to bridge the gap between musicians and business to help them reach their goals. As a fellow artist, Chris understood how much a little outside work could help a musician. Chris has been running Skylyne Records for just over a year, and has grown his business to include artists from all over the world.
