This is a guided visualization meditation that will help you to discover your authentic self and find your happiness.

Before we begin sit in a position with your back straight
and your shoulders relaxed. Allow your hands to rest comfortably in your lap. Gently close your eyes Allow yourself to breathe slowly and naturally, doing nothing else in this moment besides concentrating on your breaths.
Breathe in...and out...allowing each breath to calm and relax you.
Continue breathing calmly, at whatever pace is comfortable for you.
Mirrors are pretty much a part of our everyday life. Whether it is when you get up in the morning and brush your teeth or when you are in your car looking in your rear or side view mirrors. When you think about it, a mirror reflects whatever appears before it. You may like what you see or you may not like what you see. Mirrors allow you to come face to face with yourself.
Mirrors are powerful! Imagine standing in front of a full length mirror and have a real good look. You clearly see yourself and your life surrounding you. Eyes are the window to the soul, so truly look in the mirror through the reflection of your eyes and reach into your soul. Feel the energy when you make the connection with your soul. Can you see and feel your pain? Can you see and feel your happiness? Imagine how your life would be different if the mirror also reflected your thoughts, feelings, anxiety, and secrets without anything to cover it up. Keeping secrets can cause anxiety and drain our energy. Many people talk about the virtues of transparency, but it takes courage to fully reveal ourselves.Think about your secrets that you keep hidden away.Think about the things about yourself that you keep covered up. Maybe you’re reluctant to let others know your weaknesses or events from your past that you keep hidden.Examine your motives. There are good reasons to keep some information confidential, like when you’re trying to protect someone’s privacy. On the other hand, you may be ignoring something you’d be better off discussing with someone.
Now imagine being more open. Open your heart and your mind. Picture yourself revealing more........
