MODERN OASIS FAMILY HOME || Sims 4 || CC SPEED BUILD

Hi guys ! I love this new build - I had so much fun creating it ! Any build with an indoor-outdoor living space and I love it. I wanted this one to be modern in it's design but keep lots of cozy and cluttered pieces. I also love to use lots of plants when I build in Oasis Springs. So this is your build if you want a cozy family home with some modern twist and if you want to add an extra underground (I have added a staircase down to a basement). Hope your sims will enjoy it!
