২০২৪ সালে পৃথিবীর বড় দুর্গা তৈরি হতে যাচ্ছিল রানাঘাটে কামালপুরে। বিভিন্ন কারণে সেটা না হওয়ায় কামালপুরবাসি নতুন প্রতিবাদ গ্রহণ করেছে এবার পূজায়। মোমবাতি মিছিল তাদের চলেছে। সমস্ত প্রতিভার মুখ কালো কাপড় দিয়ে ঢেকে দেওয়া হয়েছে। আর সবশেষে বিজয় দশমীতে গ্রামীণ প্রায় ৫০ জন মানুষ মাথা ন্যাড়া করে বা মস্তক মুন্ডন করে প্রতিবাদ জানালো।

এক ভিন্ন প্রতিবাদ। বিজয় দশমীতে মাকে এভাবেই বিদায় জানালেন তারা। একটি ছোট্ট প্রতিবাদ অনুষ্ঠান এবং এর সাথে সাথে মাথা ন্যাড়া করে বা মস্তক মুন্ডন করে গ্রামের শিশু এবং যুবকরা প্রতিবাদ জানালো।এর সাথে সাথে বলো দুর্গার প্রধান শিল্পী ও তার মস্তক মুন্ডন করালেন। এভাবেই ২০২৪ সালের দূর্গা পূজার বিজয় দশমী পালন করলেন তারা।
