Synopsis -
In Bharat Nagar, the chief minister's ambitious Indira Business Park (IBP) project faces opposition from socialist professor Dr. Ahmedi, who views it as a land grab. After Ahmedi is critically injured in a suspicious road accident, his supporter Shalini believes it was a premeditated attack. Bureaucrat T.A. Krishnan investigates, uncovering police negligence and a cover-up involving Morcha party goons. Videographer Jogi provides evidence of a Morcha leader ordering the murder, implicating the chief minister. Despite threats and bribes, Krishnan exposes the truth, leading to the chief minister's downfall and a criminal investigation. Ahmedi dies, and his wife becomes the new chief minister, continuing the IBP project.
