backstory: lunas parents are both killed by a nightfury which tries to mate with lunas mother but gets rejected , both the nightfury and luna get kidnapped and fight in a arena , luna wins and grimmel takes notice of her strength , grimmel raises luna and they both hunt down nightfurys and various other dragons , luna falls in love a lightfury called avery but realises she is already mated to a nightfury called eclipse , luna tries to kidnap her but eclipse stops her , luna runs away in fear and waits for revenge .
