Indian equity benchmarks BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty 50 ended lower on Friday, ending in the red for second session in a row. Nifty 50 ended the range bound session off lows. Market erased last week's gains, with the Sensex and Nifty down more than one percent each, while Nifty Bank ended nearly two percent lower. Financial, oil gas led the headline indices lower. Power and FMCG shares ended in the green.
