Direct heat is something I love doing sometimes with my afro hair, because it ease the stretching process compared to African Threading. Please don´t get me wrong African Threading is brilliant and safe to use any time you like to get your hair stretched without heat but it does dry out your hair also, my major problem is the combing part in African Threading. I normally lose much hair to direct heat so feel free it is totally safe when is used correctly.
