No rifles missing: Kerala Crime Branch Chief after conducting verification at police store

Thiruvananthapuram (Kerala), Feb 17 (ANI): After the CAG report stated that 25 rifles were missing with 12,061 live cartridges, the Kerala Crime Branch conducted a physical verification of rifles at Police Chief Store in Thiruvananthapuram on February 17. After conducting the physical verification, Crime Branch ADGP Tomin J Thachankary said, “We checked each rifles along with the issuance of police chief store. And the investigation team were satisfied themselves that none of the rifles are missing. 13 rifles are now used in Manipur by the IR Betalian, we called them over the video phone we saw the body numbers.
