200km Audax on Dawes Galaxy

Great to be back out cycling - just proved to me that I don't need a fancy carbon bike to enjoy it (although I can't lie I do miss baby canyon!). Quite a windy ride (as you can probably hear at some points, sorry!) but I enjoyed it as always.

I'm doing okay after the crash - nerves are high but best thing is to get back out, I haven't come off uninjured but the physio has advised cycling is good for my knee injury so I'm taking things slower, stretching more and listening to my body, but I won't be stopping cycling, I love it too much :D
