Today I made a simple easy Jiffy corn muffin mix cornbread. And the secret to the cornbread is to get the oil hot in a cast iron skillet so that you will have a crust on your cornbread. Just like homemade.

Ingredients

First heat up your cast iron skillet with 4 tbsp of oil

2 boxes of Jiffy
1/3 of milk for each jiffy box
4 eggs
(Optional) Half of stick of butter

Add honey and butter to done cornbread
