Collapsing Anchors is one of the BEST NLP Techniques that coaches, even well-paid coaches, typically struggle with. Truth is, most NLP courses are so short you don't get to practice and even many new NLP trainers can't successfully collapse anchors well, so I highly suggest making sure you get good at this technique (& how to do it aligned to your own style). Typically, I coach over the phone and use this technique over the phone with simple auditory anchors. For Master Practitioners or those with more experience, it can also be done very conversationally. Imagine being able to have a conversation AND collapse anchors at the same time!! Well, if you can imagine it...
