In this video titled ' Einstein को नही पता था Speed of Light 😨😱 ' A2 Motivation Arvind Arora has shared an interesting and thought provoking incident when one day some one asked Albert Einstein what is speed of light thinking that he is Albert Einstein so he would know answer of this question . Einstein actually knew the answer or not is still a mystery but he replied in a way that reflects current Indian Education System . He answered this is all data-centric information and formulas this is written in books go and find it for yourself , He added that our Education System should not also function like this way of cramming things up instead it should be designed in such a way that how to think and this will be revolutionizing everything in the coming future but sadly at least Indian Education System is still based on cramming method than actually focusing on how to think in order to solve real life problems .

एक दिन किसी ने अल्बर्ट आइंस्टीन से पूछा कि प्रकाश की गति क्या है यह सोचकर कि वह अल्बर्ट आइंस्टीन है तो उसे इस प्रश्न का उत्तर पता चल जाएगा। आइंस्टीन वास्तव में इसका उत्तर जानते थे या नहीं यह अभी भी एक रहस्य है लेकिन उन्होंने इस तरह से उत्तर दिया जो वर्तमान भारतीय शिक्षा प्रणाली को दर्शाता है। उन्होंने उत्तर दिया कि यह सभी डेटा-केंद्रित जानकारी और सूत्र हैं जो किताबों में लिखे गए हैं और इसे अपने लिए खोजें, उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी शिक्षा प्रणाली को भी इस तरह से काम नहीं करना चाहिए, बल्कि इसे इस तरह से डिजाइन किया जाना चाहिए कि कैसे सोचना है और यह आने वाले भविष्य में सब कुछ क्रांतिकारी होगा लेकिन दुख की बात है कि कम से कम भारतीय शिक्षा प्रणाली अभी भी समस्याओं को हल करने के लिए सोचने के तरीके पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने की तुलना में लूटने की पद्धति पर आधारित है।
