Suffolk Hang Gliding Club 2017

Suffolk Hang Gliding is a super friendly winching club that operate from a grass strip located between Norwich and Ipswich.

The video footage was mostly filmed around the airstrip although there are a couple of clips from further afield too. You may recognise Newmarket Racecourse and Sywell aerodrome which were taken during a 150km flight from the winch.

The video has been made to commemorate the passing of the shortest day of the year and the winter solstice. Finally its time to look forward to the longer days of the spring and the coming of the next thermal harvest in 2018.
