My mental health and how it was corrected.
It is the start if mental health awareness week and I wanted to share how I corrected my mental health.
This will not be for everyone, but it will be very useful to a percentage of people that may have the same deficiency as me that was causing my mental health to deteriorate.
I am not medically trained and so any advice I give you must check with a Doctor and on this subject of mental health that could be caused by iron deficiency I urge you to go to Doctors that are trained in this area FULLY and are specialists.

If you are suffering with any of the symptoms or problems I had. Please visit your GP and ask for the following bloods to be tested...

Ferritin
Trans ferritin saturation
Serum iron
Folate
B12
Vitamin D

You need to out the package together. Choose Active B12 first, then pop the folate, vitamin d and iron blood check into your basket. It will be roughly £62.

Once you have your bloods, whether from the GP or Forth send them [email protected]
pop down your symptons, the iron clinic will check for free. Please pop on the email you saw this YouTube video.

Sadly the NICE COMMS guidelines are too wide and like me your bloods maybe being checked and it not being picked up by your surgery. The Doctors cannot be blamed, they are following protocol and their training.
