Best Exercise for Carpal Tunnel and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

Описание к видео Best Exercise for Carpal Tunnel and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome

One of the best exercises for carpal tunnel using movement and the wisdom from nature. This short gentle exercise to relieve carpal tunnel pain and hand pain and hand tension, open the wrists, elbows and neck. This exercise is also helpful for thoracic outlet syndrome to lightly traction the neck and stretch the nerves from the neck through the fingers.

Go gently with these movements-- especially if you have pain, stop if there is pain. Do less. The process of unwinding may take time and the nerves are delicate. Don't push or try to stretch. Think of lengthening or elongating versus stretching. Make sure you can breathe and that you have some wiggle room in the movements.

This video lesson based on working with the nervous system, the skeletal support and movement using the Feldenkrais Method and Nature Awareness also helps with peripheral vision, improved balance and improved shoulder posture.
