and Welcome to a Dry Fish Curry, Dry Fish Fry Special Episode of ‪@RedSoilStories‬
It was a rainy day, I was working in our farm and maintaining it for the monsoon. I was cleaning it and Pooja had decided to cook some fish for the lunch today. She took dried shark ( Sukki Mori ) and cleaned it, washed it properly with water. Then she prepared a delicious curry of the dried shark fish. She used coconut some spices and other ingredient for it.
It turned out very well, I returned home and we had lunch with the dried fish curry.
Raja was not a fan of dried fish but he had some dried fish and slept later in the afternoon.
Next in the morning Pooja was ready to cook something of dried fish for the breakfast.
She decided to prepare dried mackerel kismur ( Sukkya bangdyache kismur ) for the breakfast.
Kismur is a traditional goan dish which is prepared for the breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is a very delicious dried fish recipe and very easy to prepare.
Pooja prepared it and also prepared rice flour roti ( Bhakri ) and we had breakfast with kismur and bhakri.
