ingredients
1 cup water
1 cup flour
3 large/Xlarge eggs if using small eggs use 4
100g butter
bake @200 degrees Celsius
35-40 minutes or until puffed and golden
prick whole in each puff
switch of oven and leave inside oven to crisp up.

filling
300ml fresh cream
3-4 Tablespoons icing sugar
3 Tablespoons cocoa/optional

melted milk chocolate for topping
