Today we will visit Agios Nikolaos, a small town in the northeastern part of Crete. The center of the city is a lake connected to the sea: Lake Voulismeni. There are various water birds inhabiting the lake, and cats lazily enjoy sunbathing by the lake. Surrounding the lake are beautiful green landscapes and various coffee and restaurant shops. Most shops are still open even in this off-season, while others are stepping up renovations to prepare for the next tourist season.

今天来克里特岛东北部小城Agios Nikolaos逛一逛。城市的中心是一个与大海连接的湖泊：Lake Voulismeni 。湖中有各种水鸟栖息，猫咪在湖畔慵懒的享受着日光浴。围绕湖泊一圈是美丽的绿化景观以及各种咖啡餐饮店，大多数店铺即使在这个淡季依然营业，而另外一些正在加紧翻修准备迎接下一个旅游旺季。
