5 TIPS FOR ANSWERING THE INTERVIEW QUESTION WHAT'S YOUR BIGGEST WEAKNESS?
TIP #1. DO Not say you don’t have any weaknesses! This is a BIG mistake and you will fail your interview if you say you don’t have any.

TIP #2. Do not give a weakness that is a match for the job description. Before your interview, get a copy of the job advert, read the skills, the qualities, and the experience required and don’t give a weakness that is a match for any of them.

TIP #3. When you give your weakness, tell the interviewer what you are doing to improve. It is OK to have weaknesses, but what you must do is demonstrate in your answer you are the type of person who is always trying to improve.

TIP #4. Don’t give a weakness that shows you can’t work with other people. Most jobs require strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with others. So, if you say your weakness is that you easily get irritated by people, or you don’t like communicating with customers you won’t get hired.

TIP #5. Just give one weakness. If you give the hiring manager multiple weaknesses, they make feel you are not suitable for the role.
