The series profile machine is mainly used for producing PVC door and window profiles, PVC/WPC floor profiles, PVC corner profiles, PVC imitation marble profiles, etc.

WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) Extrusion Line Introduction
Wood-plastic profiles are a new type of building decoration material, which are fully mixed with PVC, PP, PE and other plastics and various plant fibers, extruded and vacuum sized.

Mold can design different types of profiles according to customer requirements.

WPC wood plastic products have the advantages of corrosion resistance, high strength, recyclable，ect.

This production line consists of twin-screw extruders, vacuum forming tables, tractors, cutting machines, laminating machines, etc., and can meet different customer requirements by simply changing the mold and extruder capacity Usage scenarios.Extremely flexible and convenient.

It is mainly used for making PVC/PE and other plastic profiles with different profile break-section moulds.

It can also produce different Wood+plastic profiles as long as you change moulds.

The production line includes auto feeder, plastic extruder and Co extruder, mould, vacuum forming table, haul off unit, auto
cutting machine, stacker.

Auxiliary equipments: mixer, crusher, air compressor and so on.

WPC profile production line
This production line is mainly used to produce WPC profile, such as Ceiling, Deck, Floor, Cornice, Plank, Windows, Door frame and board and etc.

PE WPC decking floor outside making machine flow :
a.Get your ingredients ready and mix them.
b.The uniformly mixed materials are put into the hopper of the extruder through the automatic screw feeder.
c.The material put into the hopper of the extruder is melted and plasticized by the extruder and extruded into the vacuum setting device through the die.
d.The material extruded through the extruder die is sent to the vacuum setting device, cooled and shaped by circulating cooling water.
e.The cooled and shaped wood-plastic panels are pulled out by a tractor and sent to the cutting machine.
