Notes:
1. If switch is in up position and none of the voltage reference lights turn on, battery needs to be charged
2. When voltage reference is being charged, LED light between negative and positive jacks will be on
3. When charging of internal battery is complete, light will turn off
4. Full Charge from dead battery approx 3 hours
