Much like the Dragon Materials, Star Fragments are some of the most difficult materials to get your hands on in all of Tears of the Kingdom. They only appear randomly, out of the sky, between a small window of time at night. They’ll vanish if you don’t pick them up quick enough. And worse yet, you’ll need a good number of them if you’re looking to fully upgrade certain pieces of armor in the game.

But hope is not lost, as I’ve found a pretty consistent and easy way to farm Star Fragments here in the game. If you follow this video, and the RNG is on your side, you could be looking at upwards of 5 Star Fragments in just one hour, which is a pretty amazing pace given how valuable and rare these materials are.
