Understanding Our Phone Addiction | María Fernanda Ortiz Vargas | TEDxPrepas La Salle Bajio Youth

We all, as a society, know that using our phones that much is bad and unhealthy, but for us to be able to leave that addiction behind, first, we have to understand what happens inside our brain that makes it so addictive , and mainly why it affects us so much as students. A 17 year-old extrovert and a very passionate person, she loves investigating a lot about things because she’s very curious, this girl absolutely loves art, in every aspect and since she was little, she’s in love with sports. As a dancer, she absolutely loves being able to transmit something whith her art, helping people makes her trully happy and watching them making art is something thrilling for her. She loves explaining things and having deep conversations. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
