Various shots of the night time fair. We see shots of people standing around a side show placing money on cards, people carrying balloons, a boy pulling the lever on a one armed bandit and various stalls, steam pipe music is playing in the background.



The action moves to the main carnival. The Beauty Queen moves past the camera on a large decorative float, there are also many other floats of different shapes and sizes. A "ragging" student passes down the road in a large bed dragging a potty behind him. The film ends with more shots of more floats this time in the shape of

ships and dragons. Children follow behind with burning lanterns while the crowds look on.
