"Screams from the Ice" | A Mother's Grip and A Hero's Will | Tiger Schulmann's Martial Arts

Life will hit you with the unexpected when you least expect it. The most we can do is try to be prepared when that time comes. Luckily thats how this story plays out. Earlier this year, real world hero Mike Foligno, saved the lives of a mother and her 2-year old daughter, who fell into a frozen New Jersey River. Mike has been training at Tiger Schulmann’s Elmwood Park location for over 8 years. Currently, he is training with UFC athlete Jimmie Rivera as part of a weekly program specifically for police officers, designed by Tiger Schulmann and his brother Ron Schulmann. Mike credits his training at Tiger Schulmann’s Kickboxing for helping to build his inner resolve and ability to push through adversity.
