Chirote
Ingredients
1. All-purpose flour – 4 Bowl
2. Semolina – 1 Bowl
3. Sugar Powder – 2 Bowl
4. Rice flour – ½ Bowl
5. Salt (a Pinch of salt)
6. Milk / Water
7. Oil for dip fry
RECIPE
1] Take all-purpose flour, add Semolina, a Pinch of salt & add hot oil mix well add water or Milk step by step & make a soft dough keep a side ½ an hour.
2] Take one bowl add hot oil & Rice flour Mix well keep a side.
3] Take dough make small balls.
4] Make thin Chapati with a roller, apply batter on the surface of the Chapati, fold 2 sides apply batter
again fold & apply batter.
5] Make one strip & Cut it into small pieces & make 4 pieces from one Chapati.
6] Take one piece roll it & dip fry chirote till golden brown.
7] When chirote gets cold then dip in powder sugar.
Ready to eat.
