7 Finesse Heavies in World of Tanks: Console

I'm looking at 7 tanks that are either overlooked or not played well by the general public; however, when played with a certain finesse, these tanks go from o=mondane to something extraordinary. And I'm not talking about good players making any tank look better than the average player; I'm talking about these ones, particularly being very powerful. Ones that I would fear coming up against if played right.
