I lost 25 lbs and 6 inches off my waist again since my first fitness transformation video in 2018, but this time I figured out how to actually keep it off. This video is a reaction to my first fitness video- updating you on what I still do and what I don't do anymore. It's a guide for how to make healthier food choices, it's my current fitness routine for maintenance (weight lifting, cardio, how many times per week, diet etc), and it's about the mindset shift that has to happen in order to be consistent. Consistency is the most important ingredient of any health or fitness goal but the fitness industry doesn't seem to focus on that part as much. Consistency is entirely mental and this video goes over the method I used to stop self-sabotage, get out of my own way, and consistently maintain my health and fitness goals for the last three years, even through multiple chronic health conditions and limitations.
