Rebook Crossfit Speed TR | Shoe Review | Athletic Shoes Performance

The Reebok Crossfit Speed TR came out shortly after the 2015 Reebok Crossfit Invitational, where all the athletes were seen wearing the shoe, having people think it would be the next Nano to hit the shelves. Shortly after we found out it is a shoe all its own. The shoe is lighter and more flexible than their Nano brother. The shoe is slightly more comfortable to wear, allowing you to use them during WODs that have running without having that horrible foot pain. While still keeping a solid outsole for when you are slinging a bar around the gym. Making this shoe still amazing to perform any heavy bar movements, double unders, or anything that the WOD throws your way.

We briefly go over the look of the shoe, and the main performance aspects of it that can help you decide if you may consider these over a different pair of crossfit shoes.
