Destiny 2 Lore - "The Wish" & the secret of the Deck of Whispers! Are Wish Dragons going to save us?

Destiny 2's Lore and Story has unfolded again in the Deck of Whispers with a new mystery. The final card, called "The Wish" has prompted some to wonder if there is a chance that the Ahamkara or perhaps Riven are required for us to get through the Witness's portal and to reach that heart of the Traveler. If so, it's possible that Wish Dragons might return? Will the Ahamkara save us?
