Dressing:
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon finely chopped shallot about 1 shallot
1 tablespoon honey or more
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt or to taste
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Salad:
1 lb. fresh strawberries sliced and divided in about 3 cups
1 cup orzo measured dried and cooked per package instructions
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
5 cups baby spring mix or arugula
4 oz feta cheese crumbled
1 medium shallot thinly sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
12 bacon slices cooked until crispy and coarsely chopped
Fresh basil for garnish
