This is a down hole pump that is moving mineral oil. Notice the standing valves turbulence when you have your pound much lower in the stroke. This bouncing/violent movement is a lot of unnecessary wear and tear on your equipment. While we are not moving much fluids imagine moving 500-1000 bbrls of fluid.
