Maintaining Goal Size & Naked Training for Stretched Ears

When I was starting out in stretching this was something I saw discussed all over online. Recently however on TikTok and Facebook I see the concept of naked training being left out of the conversation. To the point of seeing so many folks confused about how to maintain size or frustrated with getting to their goal and then loosing or breaking all their plugs. I really hope this video can help some folks learn about some of these elements of stretching and maintaining your ears!
